Postpartum Doula

Postpartum Doula Offerings

“The moment a child is born, the mother is also born. She never existed before. The woman existed, but the mother, never. A mother is something absolutely new.”

Sanctuary: Honoring the Transition

Oh my. What a beautiful way to describe the space that surrounds your birth experience:  a safe place, one of refuge, a sanctuary for one of the most profound moments you will ever experience.  As a postpartum doula, it is my hope that every birthing family can connect these feelings to their fourth trimester, the space and time that follows birth.  And while you may soar a course different than one you initially intended to navigate in bringing your baby earthside, love and support should steadily remain and your transition should be honored.  A postpartum doula can provide that and more.

Postpartum care is often viewed as a luxury when, in all truth, it is essential.

I am grateful to be considered as you search for a postpartum doula to invite into your sacred post-birth sanctuary and would love to meet you in person to explore together how best to meet your needs surrounding your birth experience. I also offer services that lean on ancient traditional wisdom to enhance the celebration that this time should be.  As time allows, please take a moment to see if any of these offerings resonate with you.

Unsure of what to gift to someone you love who is expecting a baby? Any of my offerings can easily be gifted and also added to your gift registry! Customizing care packages for families is one of my favorite things to do in gift giving. Gift cards for services and products can also be purchased here in any amount.

And as always, I am just a phone call or email away should you have questions.
